Promoter
This giveaway is run by Clickable Web Co, a Barossa Valley–based website design and SEO studio.
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open exclusively to not-for-profit organisations, community groups, and sporting clubs that are based in the Barossa Valley, South Australia.
Entries from individuals, for-profit businesses, or organisations located outside the Barossa Valley will not be considered.
2. Entry Details
- Entry is free.
- No purchase or payment is required to enter or be selected.
- Entries must be submitted via the official form on the Clickable Web Co website.
- Only one entry per organisation will be considered.
3. Entry Period
Entries open on 20th December 2025 and close at 11:59pm on 20th January 2026.
Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Selection Process
The successful organisation will be selected by Clickable Web Co based on:
- Community need
- Suitability of the project
- Alignment with the scope of the website build
This is a merit-based community giveaway, not a random draw. The decision of Clickable Web Co is final.
The selected organisation will be contacted and announced shortly after entries close.
5. What’s Included
The prize consists of:
- Design and build of a standard WordPress website (approximately 3–5 pages)
- Mobile-friendly, modern design
- Basic on-page SEO setup
- Contact form
- Website handover and basic training
- One year of hosting
6. What’s Not Included
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the following are not included:
- Ecommerce functionality
- Membership portals or advanced integrations
- Ongoing website maintenance
- Copywriting or photography beyond basic guidance
All website content, images, logos, and approvals must be supplied by the winning organisation.
7. Project Timing
The website build timeline will be agreed with the winning organisation after selection.
Delays in providing content or approvals may impact delivery timeframes.
8. Promotion & Attribution
By accepting the prize, the winning organisation agrees that Clickable Web Co may reference the project for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting entrants.
Information will be handled in accordance with Clickable Web Co’s Privacy Policy.
10. Meta Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
11. General
Clickable Web Co reserves the right to cancel or amend this giveaway if circumstances arise outside its control. Any changes will be clearly communicated.
